Sandy* had been married for over 30 years, when her husband completely shocked her and told her he wanted a divorce.
After several years Sandy finally healed her broken heart and began her journey to find love again.
Even though she hadn’t dated in since she was in her 20’s, she was excited and scared all at the same time.
She was excited for who she might meet, but scared at the same time because she had never tried dating online.
At first there were several men who reached out to her, but she wasn’t really impressed or excited to meet any of them in person.
That is until…Joe* reached out to her.
She took a look at his profile and they had so much in common, plus he had a great sense of humor.
They talked for hours on the phone and when they finally met up in person…it was an undeniable connection.
Joe checked all the boxed and he didn’t have any of her deal breakers.
Sandy wanted to take things slow and Joe agreed.
After several months in, Joe told Sandy that he didn’t want to date anyone else and wanted to become exclusive. Sandy was beyond thrilled.
As they became more serious and started talking about their future plans together, they both realized that they weren’t on the same page as to where they saw themselves in retirement.
And that’s when Sandy realized the hard way that she should have asked Joe these 3 questions early on before becoming exclusive.
So, tune into today’s interview with my guest co-host, Monica Topete and I’ll share with you the 3 questions you must ask him that you may not be thinking about.
