On this week’s show, I welcome back Tinzley Bradford, the author of The Settle Free Dating Method for Women. Inspired by a desire to remind women of their worth, Tinzley wrote her book to empower women to make smarter decisions in dating and finding the right man. When at times she found herself settling for less than she deserved, Tinzley decided to create her guide for other women experiencing the same issues.

A Confident Woman is a Sexy Woman
The first major turn on for a man is a woman with confidence. If you’re confident – a woman who knows exactly what she wants and uses that energy to uplift others – a man will notice. Know who you are and what you’re worth, and men will feel absolutely drawn to your energy. Don’t waste time and energy belittling other women – instead, be comfortable with yourself and your confidence will only emphasize your sensuality and sexiness.
Turn Him on By Having Your Own
According to Tinzley, a woman who is independent, has her own, and takes care of herself is one of the biggest turn ons for a man. If you have your own business, home, car, or a well-paying job, men will recognize your independence as a sure sign of a sexy, empowered woman. When you have your own, a man won’t feel like he’s pursing a high school girl. You both can enjoy splitting your time between each other’s homes, and he won’t have to worry about always providing for a woman who seems too dependent on her man.
Look, Feel, and Smell Beautiful
What it comes to what turns a man on, putting in the time and effort to make sure you look beautiful is key. Ladies, we get it – we all have our bad days, but don’t fall into the routine of wearing old sweatpants and tying your hair up into a messy bun every day. When a man sees you with your hair beautifully styled, your clothes in line with the latest trends, and a lovely scent of perfume spritzed on, he won’t be able to take his eyes of you. To a man, there’s nothing sexier than a woman who takes care of herself.
Intelligence will Turn Him on and Pull Him In
The fourth major turn on for a man is a smart, witty woman who is able to bring fresh ideas and a sense of drive to whatever endeavors a man might be involved in. If you’re a woman who actively participates and contributes intelligently to the relationship, a man won’t feel as though he’s carrying deadweight. In his eyes, you bring things to the table that he never even knew existed, and you demonstrate your worth.
Simply be Polite
The final major turn on for a man is simple politeness. Men love a woman that is friendly and approachable – a smile and positive energy convey a sweetness that draws men in. Everywhere you look, you’ll find mean, bitter, and approachable women. Stand out in the crowd by creating a sense of vibrancy and positivity – don’t scare men away with a bad attitude! Instead, focus on conveying a sense of warmth that invites men to come strike up a conversation.
