Dr. Glenn Livingston – Clinical Psychologist is sharing with you how to stop bingeing so you can live a happy and healthy life.
It’s Friday night, you’re home alone watching a movie…
You feel like you want something sweet, so you reach for a bag of chocolate. You tell yourself that you’ll only have two pieces of chocolate because you’re trying to be ‘good’.
But then one piece of chocolate turns into five pieces and before you know it…you look down and realize you mindlessly ate the entire bag!
All the sudden, you get a sinking feeling in your stomach and you start to beat yourself up in your head, “how could I’ve eaten that entire bag?!”
You think to yourself…now I need to go work out extra hard tomorrow to make up for that binge. Ugh!
Or maybe for you, it’s not chocolate…maybe you find yourself completely out of control around a bag of chips or entire basket of bread.
Now you may think that you just don’t have any self-control…but let’s take a deeper look at what triggers you to do this.
Did it ever cross your mind that it might have to do with something else that’s going in your life?
In fact, there was a study done on 40K people and they found that most people crave 3 types of food: chocolate, crunchy starchy things, or chewy soft starchy things, when certain things are missing or going on their life.
If you want to find out what it means when you crave chocolate, chips or bread then tune into my amazing interview, “It’s Never Too Late…To Stop Bingeing!” with Dr. Glenn Livingston.
